You’ll see all numbers added to Hipcall. Click the Action > Show button next to the number you want to edit.
On the opened page, you can view and modify connection settings, working hours, assigned users, and announcements (ring tone, hold music).
1. General Info
View the name and language assigned to your number.
You can deactivate the number using the Deactivate button at the bottom of the page and reactivate it anytime.
2. Connection Settings
In the Connection Settings section on the left menu, you can access the SIP credentials required for registration.
Update your password or domain if needed and check whether your number is successfully registered in Hipcall.
3. Working Hours
In the Working Hours section, define your business hours and set call routing targets for both business and non-business hours.
4. Users
In the Users section, specify which users can use the number.
Select All Users to allow current and future users to make calls with this number.
Select Custom to choose specific users from the list and save your selection.
5. Announcements
In the Announcements section, you can view the ring tone and hold music played when the number is called.
Click the pencil icon to upload a different audio file.
