How to Add a New Number to Hipcall
You can add multiple VoIP numbers to your Hipcall account. To register a number in Hipcall, you need to know its SIP credentials. These details are typically provided by your telecom operator.
How to Add a New Number to Hipcall
- Go to Settings > Phone System > Phone Numbers
-
Click the New button.
-
Enter your phone number, assign a name to it, and select the region/language where the number will be used.
-
Proceed to step 2: Connection Details
If your number is provided by Bulutfon, go to the Voice > My Numbers page in your Bulutfon user panel and copy the details from your number’s info section into the relevant fields.
If your provider is not Bulutfon, request your host/IP address, SIP username, and SIP password from your telecom provider. -
In step 3, define your working hours and set targets for business and non-business hours.
-
Finally, specify who can use the number and save.
-
Your number is now registered.
Test Your Number
-
Make a test call to your fixed number. After the greeting message plays, the call will be routed to the default target (extension, call group, etc.)
Make sure your internet connection is active to receive calls. -
All calls made through your fixed number will be listed on the Communication > Calls page.
-
You can listen to call recordings by clicking the Action > Show button next to each call.
-
If your number is not registered, go to the Connection Settings page to access the required SIP details, update credentials or domain if needed, and verify the registration status.
