Missed calls, sometimes referred to as abandoned calls in other PBX systems, can be tracked using the follow-up feature. This allows you to monitor the response time for missed calls made to your PBX number.

Missed calls, sometimes referred to as abandoned calls in other PBX systems, can be tracked using the automatic follow-up feature. This allows you to monitor whether a missed call to your PBX number was followed up—for example, whether your customer representatives returned the call and how many minutes later the callback occurred.
To activate the automatic follow-up feature:
- Go to the General section under the Phone System heading in Settings.

From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Missed Call Tracking page.

Enable the feature and set the time threshold.
If you are out of office on weekends, it is recommended to set this to 72 hours.
