How can I disable the greeting announcement

You can disable announcements you've uploaded to Hipcall if you no longer need them. You can reactivate them at any time.

  1. Go to **Phone System > Greetings **.

  1. On the page that opens, you’ll see all the greeting announcements you’ve uploaded.
    Click the Actions button next to the announcement you want to disable, then select View.

  1. On the General Info page, click the Deactivate button.
    You can reactivate the announcement at any time.
