How do I deactivate an existing team?

It’s possible to deactivate a team you've added to Hipcall that you no longer need. You can reactivate the same team and its settings at any time.

How to Deactivate a Team in Hipcall

If you no longer need a team you've added to Hipcall, you can deactivate it at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Teams

  1. Click the Actions button next to the team you want to deactivate.

  2. On the General Info page, click the Deactivate Team (Queue) button.

You can reactivate the same team and its settings whenever needed.
