How can I view all greeting announcements?

You can upload multiple announcements to Hipcall, such as working hours, after-hours, and public holiday messages. You can also edit them whenever you need to make changes.

How to view all welcome announcements

  • Go to Greetings under the Phone system section in Settings.

  • On the page that opens, you can view all uploaded welcome announcements and the internal extension numbers assigned to each.
