How can I activate the voicemail feature?

By activating the voicemail feature in your Hipcall account, you can allow callers to leave a message when you are unavailable.

How to Activate Voicemail in Hipcall

To allow callers to leave a message when you're unavailable:

  1. Go to Settings > Voicemail

  1. Click the New button on the right side of the page.

  1. Define a voicemail by entering:
    • A name for the voicemail
    • An internal extension number
    • A message (you can use the system’s default announcement or upload your own)

You can update these settings anytime later.
