You can update the settings of an existing IVRs rule—such as its strategy, announcement, or default target—at any time.

How to Edit an Existing Smart IVRs Rule
- Go to Settings > Smart IVRs
- Click the Actions button next to the IVRs rule you want to edit, then select View.
- On the General Info page, update the name, internal extension number, or default target, and click Save.
- On the Announcements page, upload a new audio file to update the IVRs announcement.
