How can I edit an existing Smart IVRs rule?

You can update the settings of an existing IVRs rule—such as its strategy, announcement, or default target—at any time.

How to Edit an Existing Smart IVRs Rule


  1. Go to Settings > Smart IVRs

  1. Click the Actions button next to the IVRs rule you want to edit, then select View.

  1. On the General Info page, update the name, internal extension number, or default target, and click Save.

  1. On the Announcements page, upload a new audio file to update the IVRs announcement.
