How can I edit an existing greeting announcement?

How to edit a greeting

• Go to "Greetings" under the Phone system section in Settings.

• On the page that opens, find the greeting you want to edit and click "Show" from the "Action" button next to it.

• In the General information section, update the audio file or default destination and click "Save".

• Go to the Keypresses page to modify keypress settings.
  Example: key 1 → sales, key 2 → accounting.

Note: It is recommended to set keypress error handling to 0 and 5 seconds by default.
