How to Change User Status in Hipcall
You can change users’ status to available, away, or busy. Users can receive calls only when they are set to available.

How to Set User Status in Hipcall
If users are unavailable due to leave, meetings, training, or fieldwork, you can set their status to Away or Busy. Only users marked as Available can receive calls.
To change a user's status:
- Go to the Users section under the Phone System heading in Settings.
- Click the Action button next to the user you want to update, then select Phone Settings.
- On the opened page, click the Update button and choose the appropriate status for the user, then save.
