How to Block Incoming Calls to a Fixed Number

You can block unwanted calls made to your fixed number and generate reports for these calls.

How to Block an Unwanted Number in Hipcall PBX

To block an unwanted number in your Hipcall PBX system:

  • Go to the General section under the Phone System heading in Settings.

  • From the left-hand menu, open the Blocklist page and use the Add field to enter the number you want to block, including the country code.

  • If you enter a country code like +90 or +44, all calls from that country will be blocked.
  • If you enter a prefix like +90850, all calls from 850 numbers in Turkey will be blocked.

  • When a number is added to the blocklist, the system automatically terminates the call and marks it as a missed call due to the blocklist.

  • The message you enter in the Rejection Message field will be played to the caller when the call is terminated.
