How to View All Teams in Hipcall

If you have different call groups for departments like sales, support, or technical services, you can view all teams in your account by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Teams

  1. On the page that opens, you’ll see all the teams you’ve created along with their assigned internal extension numbers.
