How can I view all calls?

Here you can view all calls, including missed ones.

Viewing all calls

You can easily view your entire call history in Hipcall.
To access the full call list, go to Calls under the "Communication" section.

  • On the opened page, you can view the direction (incoming/outgoing), call duration, contact, and the user who made the call
  • You can also apply filters to narrow down the results

From the "Show in table" section, you can choose which of the following data points to display or hide:

  • "Direction"
  • "Caller number"
  • "Callee number"
  • "User name"
  • "Number name"
  • "Number"
  • "Started at"
  • "Call duration"
  • "Quality assurance score"
  • "Missing call reason"
  • "Agent CSAT"
  • "Account CSAT"

  • Use the "Filter" button to easily apply filters to your call history
    • Calls can be filtered by direction, user, call time, missed calls, and reason for not answering

  • After creating a filter, you can rename or delete it:
    1. To rename: find your filter under the "Search views" section, click the filter icon, enter a new name, and click "Update"
    2. To delete: find your filter under the "Search views" section, click the filter icon, and select "Delete"
