How can I access the call details?

Accessing call details

To view the details of a call, go to Calls under the "Communication" section.

• On the page that opens, you can access your full call list
• Use the search bar to find the call you want to inspect
• Click "Show" from the "Action" button next to the call

• On the detail page, you can view:
  • The date and time of the call
  • The agent
  • The phone number
  • The call flow
  • The audio quality
  • Optionally, you can add a note to the call
  • If the call was answered, you can listen to the call recording
