Push notification functionality

The Hipcall app uses push notifications to operate in the background without draining your device’s battery.
When a call arrives, a push notification activates the app and delivers the call.

To function properly in the background, the app must be registered with the push server.
If registration fails due to lack of internet connection or the device being turned off, incoming calls will not be delivered.
