Viewing Your Roles & Permissions in Hipcall

In Hipcall, you can only perform actions and access data within the limits of the roles and permissions assigned by your administrator.

To view your current permissions:

• Click on “Profile” and go to the left-hand menu, then open the Roles & Permissions page.

• On the page that opens, you’ll see your assigned role and the permissions linked to that role.
