Your Hipcall account may have multiple numbers assigned to you. The default number is the one used when making outbound calls.

How to Change Your Default Phone Number in Hipcall

To change your default phone number, please follow the steps below:

Click on “Profile” in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the left-hand menu, click on “Phone Number”. On the page that opens, you will see the numbers assigned to you and the default number used for outbound calls.
Select the number you want to display when making calls and click the “Update” button.
Your outbound calls will use the default number. You can change it anytime using one of the other numbers assigned to you.
