If a call comes to your extension and you cannot answer or your extension is unreachable, callers can leave you a message.

How to Activate Voicemail in Hipcall

To activate the voicemail feature:

Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Profile.
From the left-hand menu, click on “Voicemail Settings”.
Click “Update”.
In the Active section, select “Yes”.
The system includes a default audio file. If you want to customize it, click “Choose File” to upload a new audio file.
In the Action section, select either “Email” or “Task”, then click “Save”.
