How to Change Your Hipcall Login Password

If you know your current Hipcall password, you can change it to enhance account security. Make sure your new password includes at least one letter and one number.

  • Click on "Profile" and go to the left menu, then open the Change Password page.

  • On the page that opens, click the “Change Password” button, enter your current password, and click “Verify”.

  • Then, in the new password field, set a new password and click “Save”.

  • Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and one letter.

  • Please do not choose a password from the list of most common passwords.

  • We also strongly recommend enabling 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for added security.
