Setting Up Slack Integration with Hipcall

Bulutfon Slack integration allows you to receive notifications for incoming/outgoing calls, tasks, contacts, and deal activities directly in Slack.

1. Access the Slack API page

• Go to api.slack.com/apps.
• If you don’t have an app, click Create New App and choose From Scratch to create a new one.

2. Enable "Incoming Webhooks"

• In the left menu, find Incoming Webhooks.
• Click the Activate Incoming Webhooks button in the top right corner.

3. Add a new Webhook

• Click Add New Webhook to Workspace.
• Select the channel where you want to receive messages (e.g., #general).
• Click Authorize to grant permission.

4. Copy the Webhook URL

• Copy the generated Webhook URL.

5. Save the Webhook URL in Hipcall

• Go to Slack integration setup in Hipcall
• Enter a name in the general info section and paste the Webhook URL.

• Select the events you want to receive notifications for in Slack and save your settings.
