Retellai
The integration between Retell AI and Hipcall has been explained.
Create an external connection for RetellAI in Hipcall
To provide the required information for RetellAI, go to "SIP connections" under the Phone section in Settings, and and create a new record by clicking the "New" button.
1. Connection details

You can name the connection anything. We used "RetellAI" to avoid confusion.

Select the number to be used for outbound calls.

If you want to forward calls to this service, assign an internal extension. We used "1111". Calls forwarded to 1111 will go to the RetellAI service.
2. Login credentials

Username: We used "90" as the number, but you can enter any value.

Enter a strong password or generate one using the button on the right.
Note: Save the username and password. RetellAI will request this information.
3. Termination details

sip:5t4n6j0wnrl.sip.livekit.cloudin this field.
Create an agent in RetellAI (if needed)
If you don’t have an agent in RetellAI, you can create one at "Agents".
Add your Hipcall number to RetellAI
Go to "Phone numbers" and select "Connect to your number via SIP trunking".
Fill in the popup as shown below:

Phone number: Enter your number with
+90and no spaces. -
Termination URI: Enter
sipcs.hipcall.com.tr. -
SIP trunk user name: Enter the username you set in Hipcall (we used the number).

SIP trunk password: Enter the password you set in Hipcall.

Nickname: Enter any nickname you prefer. We used the number.
Select an agent for inbound and outbound calls
After registering the number, assign an agent for incoming and outgoing calls.
Don’t forget to test
You can test the setup by calling the internal extension of the external connection you created. In our example, it was "1213". You can now use this extension for working hours, after-hours, or any scenario in Hipcall.
