We are explaining Hipcall's voice recording integration with the Narbulut Object Storage Service.

Narbulut Object Storage Integration with Hipcall

Before starting the integration, make sure your Narbulut account has a license for Object Storage.


Step 1: Retrieve Required Information from Narbulut

  1. Click the hamburger menu.
  2. Navigate to the Object Storage section.
  3. Open the Buckets menu.

Copy the Bucket name — this will be required for the Hipcall integration.

  1. From the left menu, click Access Keys.
  2. Click the +Add New Access Key button.

  1. Press +Generate Access Key button.
  2. Save both the Access Key and the Private Key.
  3. Save both the Access Key and the Private Key.

📝 Be sure to store the Bucket name, Access Key, and Secret Key securely. You’ll need them in Hipcall.


Step 2: Configure Integration in Hipcall

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Under Phone System, click General.

  1. From the left menu, select the Call Synchronization tab.
  2. Click the + Create Sync Job button.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Target Type: S3 Compatible (AWS S3, Cloudflare R3, MinIO)
  • Sync Type: Choose Daily or One-time depending on your needs
  • Bucket Name: Use the name you copied from Narbulut
  • Region: tr
  • Access Key: Use the key from Narbulut
  • Secret Key: Use the secret from Narbulut
  • Custom Endpoint: https://oss.narbulutfon.com
    ⚠️ Don’t forget to include https — it’s often missed.

Click Test and Save to complete the setup.


Step 3: Testing the Integration

  • If you selected One-time sync, the system will immediately begin syncing directories and files.
  • If you selected Daily sync, check the results the next day.

Troubleshooting

If the system encounters an error — for example, if access credentials change in Narbulut — Hipcall will notify the integration owner via email.
