What Can I Do with Ready-Made Integrations?
Here are the most common use cases:
- Receive notifications via Google Chat, Telegram, or Slack when a call is received
- Receive notifications via Google Chat, Telegram, or Slack when a task is created
How Do I Activate Ready-Made Integrations?
Each integration has a different setup process. Before starting, visit our Integrations Knowledge Base to access the setup guide for the integration you want.
Then follow this path:
Settings > Account > Integrations
Go to the Integrations page and click the Set up a new integration button on the right.
From the setup page, select the integration you want to install.
What If Ready-Made Integrations Aren’t Enough?
You can first send us feedback about the integration you need. If other customers request it too, the Hipcall team will be happy to build it.
If Hipcall’s built-in integrations don’t meet your needs and you require custom solutions, you can use our API and Webhook tools. These options require a development team.
