Bitrix 24
You can use your Hipcall internal extension with the Bitrix24 application.
Using SIP Trunk or User Credentials with Bitrix24
You can register SIP trunk or user credentials in the Bitrix24 application to display call data in the CRM system during calls.
1. Access phone settings in Bitrix24
- Open the Phone Settings section in Bitrix24.
2. Select Cloud PBX
- Click the Cloud PBX option.
3. Connect to a cloud-hosted PBX
- Click Connect to a cloud-hosted PBX.
4. Retrieve user and server credentials
- Go to Profile > Device Settings to view your SIP username and password.
5. Fill in the connection details

Connection Name: Enter any name (e.g.,
Bulutfon) -
Server Address:
sip.hipcall.com -
Login: Your SIP username
-
Password: Your SIP password
(If you forgot or didn’t save it, you can regenerate it. Note: Regenerating the SIP password will disconnect registered devices, and you’ll need to reconfigure them.) -
Leave optional fields blank.
6. Configure user and connection settings in Bitrix
- Adjust your preferences and settings as needed.
