Support Request Statistics Widgets in Hipcall

In this article, we explain how to create the support request statistics widget.

Hipcall allows you to add a widget to your dashboard

This way, you can track your support requests in real time. To add this widget, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the dashboard and click the Add new widget button at the bottom of the page.

  1. From the widget list page, click the "Install" button for the "Support request statistics" widget.

  1. Give your widget a name and save it.

  1. The support request widget is ready. From the generated table, you can access your support request data (such as total support requests, requests not answered within the default time, open support requests, etc.).
