Call Statistics Widget

In this article, we explain how to create the Call Statistics widget.

Hipcall allows you to add a widget to your dashboard

This way, you can track your calls in real time. The Call Statistics widget provides a report on your call center's SLA levels as well as incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. To add this widget, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the dashboard and click the Add new widget button at the bottom of the page.

  1. From the widget list page, click the "Install" button for the "Call Stats" widget.

  1. Set a name and period for your widget, then save it (for example, if you want to see this week's call statistics, set a name and select "this week" in the Period section).

  1. Your Call Stats widget is ready. From the generated table, you can access call statistics for the desired period.

  1. After adding it to the dashboard, you can drag and drop the widget to change its position. To rename or remove the widget from the dashboard, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the widget.
