What is a support request group?
Hipcall allows you to create different support request groups and select users who will have permission to perform actions within the group.
At Hipcall, your customers can send their requests to an email address you share on your website. The support request group is a group that allows you to categorize specific support requests created after this process.
For example, you may have a support request group named “Support,” and when you respond to requests in this group, your emails will be sent from the email address you specified, which in this case is support@hipcall.com
