How to use a support ticket tag?

Support ticket tags in Hipcall help you organize your support tickets using keywords that are meaningful to you.

Use support ticket tags

  • Support ticket tagging is a useful feature in Hipcall for organizing and searching support tickets.
  • A support ticket tag is a keyword that describes all or part of a support ticket. A ticket may have one or more tags directly related to its content.
  • To view the full list of your support ticket tags, go to Tags from "Settings > Support tickets".

  • To add a tag to a specific support ticket, go to Tickets from the "Customer service" section.

  • Click on the ticket you want to tag, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the relevant tag from the "Tag" section, then click "Save".
