How can I edit an existing support ticket tag?
After creating a support ticket group tag in Hipcall, you can edit it. You can also modify existing support group tags.

Edit an existing support ticket tag
- Go to Tags from "Settings > Support tickets" to view the full list of your support group tags.
- Click "Edit" from the "Action" button next to the tag you want to modify.
- On the opened page, update the tag’s name, description, or color, then click "Save".
