How can I delete an existing support ticket tag?

If you no longer need to add a specific tag to support tickets, you can delete the existing support group tag.

Delete an existing support ticket tag

  • Go to Tags from "Settings > Support tickets" to view the full list of your support group tags.

  • From the list, click "Delete" under the "Action" button next to the tag you want to remove.

⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
