You can create and use support ticket group tags in Hipcall.

Add a new support ticket tag
- Go to Tags from "Settings > Support tickets".
- Click the "New" button on the right side of the page.
- Enter a name and description for your support ticket tag.
- Choose a color for the tag and click "Save".
