Overview of the Central Directory for Users
The central directory includes adding contacts and companies to the switchboard system and provides details such as phone numbers, email addresses, company websites, and support requests for the added contacts and companies.
CONTACTS
By adding new contacts to your contact list, you can define the "Name", "Title", "Phone Number", and "Email Address" of the person you add. You can also view the company the contact belongs to, phone calls made with the contact, and support requests from the contact details.

COMPANIES
After adding new companies to your company list, you can view all your companies in one place, access the contacts associated with each company, and edit them anytime. In a company’s details, you can access the company’s Email Address, Phone Number, all phone calls made with the company, and support requests.
