How can I view the details of a contact in the directory?

After creating a contact and adding it to your contact list, you can view that contact’s details.

How to View the Details of a Contact in Hipcall

  • To see all contacts you have added to Hipcall and their details, go to the "Directory" section and click on Contacts.

  • Type the name of the contact you want to view in the search bar, then click "Actions > Show" or click on the contact’s name.

  • On the opened page, you can view details such as "Name", "Email Address", "Phone Number", "Tags", "Notes", "Tasks", "Emails", and "Calls".
