How can I edit the information of a contact in the directory?
In Hipcall, you can edit a contact’s information after creating it. Editing can include changing the email address, updating the phone number, modifying a tag, or changing the contact’s owner.

How to Edit a Contact in Hipcall
- To view and edit all contacts you have added to Hipcall, go to the "Directory" section and click on Contacts.
- In the search bar, type the name of the contact you want to edit and click "Actions > Show" or click on the contact’s name.
- On the opened page, access the contact’s details. For fields like "Phone Number", "Email Address", or "Tags", click the "Pencil" button next to the field and update the information.
