How can I delete companies in bulk?

With Hipcall's bulk delete feature, you can create filters and delete company lists that were entered incorrectly or are no longer needed.

How to Delete Companies in Bulk

Log in to Hipcall and set up the company list you want to delete from the Directory > Companies page.
You can create a company list using the filter section. For example, if you only want to delete companies created today, set the filter to "Creation Time: Today" to delete only those companies.
If you want to delete all companies, you can perform a bulk delete without applying any filters.
Please note that the delete action cannot be undone.
Once your company list is prepared, click the "Bulk Actions > Delete All" button located at the bottom-left of the page.

In the warning screen that appears ("Are you sure you want to delete all records?"), click the "OK" button.

Finally, review the total number of records to be deleted and the selected filter, then click the "Delete Records" button.

You will receive an email once the deletion process is complete.

Note: Deleting companies will not remove the contacts associated with them. If you also want to delete contacts, you can refer to our article on how to delete contacts in bulk.
