What is the directory tag?
Tags are tools you can create in Hipcall to organize and manage your data. Directory tags allow you to segment your contact data in any way that suits your needs.
You can use directory tags to segment your contact lists. It’s possible to group your contacts based on shared attributes. For example, you can create directory tags based on city or industry.
To access and manage tags (add, delete, edit), the user must have the "settings" permission under the directory category in Roles
. Please make sure you have this permission; otherwise, you won’t be able to modify directory tags.
