How to Change a User’s Default Number in Hipcall
If you have multiple numbers, you can assign one of them as the user's default number. When making an outbound call, the recipient will see this default number as the caller ID.

How to Change a User’s Default Number in Hipcall
To update the default number assigned to a user:
- Go to the Users section under the Phone System heading in Settings.
- Click the Action button next to the user you want to modify, then select Phone Settings.

From the left-hand menu, go to the Phone Number page.

On the opened page, click the Update button to change the user's default number.
You can also view all numbers assigned to the user in the Assigned Numbers section.
